摘 要:本文基于2018年汉语水平口语考试(HSKK)数据对全球HSKK考生口语能力表现的现状与问题进行了分析。2018年HSKK总人数明显少于同年HSK考生总人数,考生主要集中在中国境外,其整体口语能力处于中低级水平;初中级水平来华考生的口语表现优于境外学习者;HSKK考试方式对考生成绩没有显著影响。本文建议通过将成绩纳入到人才选拔以及在留学标准制定中扩大HSKK的影响;鼓励学习者通过参加HSKK考试不断提升自己的口语能力,多方努力共同培养全球汉语学习者的口语能力,为他们使用汉语进行口语交际营造空间。Based on the data of HSKK(Hanyu Shuiping Kouyu Kaoshi,HSK speaking examination) in 2018,this paper analyzes the current status and problems of global HSKK candidates’ oral Chinese performance.The total number of HSKK candidates in 2018 was significantly less than the total number of HSK candidates in the same year.HSKK candidates mainly come from outside China and their overall oral Chinese competence is at the elementary or intermediate level.HSKK candidates of elementary and intermediate levels who take exams in China perform better than candidates abroad.Examination methods have no significant impact on the results.It is recommended to expand HSKK influence by incorporating oral examination results into talent selection and the standard-setting for study abroad,encourage learners to continuously improve their oral competence by taking the HSKK examination,and make great efforts to jointly cultivate the oral competence of Chinese learners around the world and create space for their oral communication in Chinese.
