摘　　要：目的研究祛湿中药与食物配伍关系及禁忌。方法通过查阅中医药相关书籍,归纳药食配伍关系;采用关联研究方法研究祛湿剂中常用药物与食物之间的配伍关系。结果共收集51个祛湿方剂;通过整理祛湿剂中常用中药及梳理药食配伍禁忌关系,制得常用药物与食物的配伍禁忌表。结论中药与食物配伍关系是古代医家经过长期的临床实践所得,是历代医家经验的总结。了解食物与药物之间的配伍关系,关注服药禁忌,能为患者提供合理的饮食建议,有助于缩短患者的用药周期,同时能提高我们的药学服务水平。Objective To study the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine and diet in desiccating formula.Methods Looking through the books to sort out the desiccating formula and summarize the compatibility of medicine and food,the compatibility relationship between the common drugs in desiccating formula and food through correlation research method was studied.Results A total of 51 desiccating formula prescriptions were collected.The incompatibility table of common drugs and food was prepared by sorting out the common traditional Chinese medicine and sorting out the incompatibility relationship between drugs and food.Condusion The compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine and food was obtained by ancient doctors through long-term clinical practice.Understanding the compatibility between food and drugs and paying attention to drug contraindications can provide reasonable dietary suggestions for patients,which can help shorten the medication cycle of patients and improve the level of pharmaceutical care.
