摘 要:柔性穿戴式传感检测装备在人体生理及生化指标监测方面表现出了极大的应用潜力。面向中医脉诊研究,采用柔性电子技术,研发多点矩、多维度柔性压力传感系统,在不影响医师脉诊过程的情况下,实时同步记录中医脉诊指法和患者脉搏波互动状态的功能图谱,用于分析研究中医师在诊脉过程中的实际脉象表现。最终通过对脉诊数据的客观记录,与中医师的脉象诊断进行比对聚类分析,可获得不同脉证的特征性参数。该类穿戴式脉诊检测装备利用柔性压力传感器不仅可以实现脉象传感,还可检测指端压力,为脉诊数字化及人机交互提供了一个有效的解决策略,有望推动中医脉诊技术在医疗诊断等领域的良好发展。Flexible and wearable sensor detection equipment has shown great application potential in monitoring human physiological and biochemical indicators.In the study of pulse diagnosis of TCM,flexible electronic technology was used to develop a multidimensional flexible pressure sensor system.It can synchronously record the interaction state of TCM pulse diagnosis fingering and the pulse wave of patients in real time without affecting doctors to feel pulses.The recorded pulse signals can be used to analyze and study the actual pulse performance of patients when TCM practitioners are in the process of pulse diagnosis.Finally,through the objective records of pulse diagnosis data and comparative cluster analysis with the pulse diagnosis results of TCM practitioners,the characteristic parameters of different pulse syndromes can be obtained.Using the flexible pressure sensors,wearable pulse diagnosis detection equipment can not only realize pulse sensing,but also detect fingertip pressure.It provides an effective solution strategy for pulse diagnosis digitization and human-computer interaction,which is also expected to develop TCM pulse diagnosis technology in diagnostics and other fields.
