摘 要:针对传统油画棒因原料和生产工艺导致的绘画过程中手感不顺滑,环境污染严重等问题,提出用新型荧烷颜料代替传统无机矿物颜料制备新型荧烷油画棒。通过对比不同蜡脂比、棕榈筒占比和滑石粉占比对荧烷油画棒性能的影响,确定制备荧烷油画棒最适宜配比为:蜡脂比4∶6;棕榈油占比15%;滑石粉占比15%~20%。以此配合比制备的荧烷油画棒使用顺滑,褪色时间适宜,可用于油画的制作。For the problems of no smooth feels during painting and serious environmental pollution caused by traditional oil painting stick raw materials and production technology,to use fluorane paint to replace traditional inorganic mineral pigments to prepare fluorane oil painting stick is proposed.By comparing the impact of different wax fat ratio,palm cylinder ratio and talc powder ratio on the performance of fluorane oil painting stick,the most appropriate ratio of preparing fluorane oil painting stick is:wax fat ratio 4:6;palm oil accounted for 15%;talc powder accounted for 15%~20%.The fluorane oil painting stick prepared with this ratio is smooth with suitable fading time and can be used for oil painting production.
