乳果糖联合四磨汤治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片镇痛所致顽固便秘的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨乳果糖联合四磨汤治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片镇痛所致顽固便秘的临床效果。方法将80例盐酸羟考酮缓释片镇痛所致顽固便秘患者,随机分为实验组与对照组各40例。对照组采用单纯乳果糖治疗,而实验组在对照组基础上采用四磨汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果实验组的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VIP水平低于治疗前,MTL水平高于治疗前,且实验组的VIP水平低于对照组,MTL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的GAS水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组治疗期间的不良反应发生率为5.00%,与对照组的7.50%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论乳果糖联合四磨汤治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片镇痛所致顽固便秘的效果满意且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lactulose combined with Simo Decoction in the treatment of intractable constipation caused by oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets.Methods 80 patients with intractable constipation caused by oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple lactulose,while the experimental group was treated with Simo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VIP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the MTL levels were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The VIP level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the MTL level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the GAS levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the experimental group was 5.00%,which had no statistical difference with 7.50%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Lactulose combined with Simo Decoction in the treatment of intractable constipation caused by oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets has satisfactory effect and high safety.
