摘　　要：基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据(CMDS),结合禀赋效应理论,探讨教育与收入对流动人口劳动合同签订的影响。结果表明:(1)教育与收入显著影响劳动合同签订概率。总体上,受教育年限越长,收入水平越高,劳动合同签订概率越高。教育与收入对不同类型劳动合同签订的影响程度由强到弱依次为固定期限劳动合同、无固定期限劳动合同和以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同。(2)教育与收入不仅直接影响劳动合同签订,而且通过交互效应和中介效应对签订行为产生影响,收入的中介效应对总效应贡献率为11.72%。(3)流动人口的人口学特征、流动特征和就业特征均会影响劳动合同签订。从教育和收入角度提升流动人口劳动合同覆盖面的路径有:一是实施教育扶贫政策,严控义务教育辍学率,提高受教育年限;二是落实就业优先方针,坚持“六稳”“六保”不动摇,着力提高收入水平。Based on the China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS)of 2017,combined with the endowment effect theory,this study explored the impact of education and income on the signing of labor contracts for migrants.The results showed that education and income significantly affected the probability of the signing of labor contracts.Generally,longer years of education and higher income led to higher probability of signing labor contracts.The impacts of education and income on the signing of fixed-term labor contracts,unfixed-term labor contracts,and labor contracts for completing certain tasks went from strong to weak.Moreover,education and income not only directly affected the signing of labor contracts,but also influenced the signing behavior through interaction and mediation effects,with the mediation effect of income contributing 11.72%to the total effect.Besides,the demographic,mobility and employment characteristics of migrant population also affected the signing of labor contracts.From the perspective of education and income,the optimization paths to increase the coverage of labor contracts for migrant population are given as follows:the implement of education poverty alleviation policies which strictly control the dropout rates of students in compulsory education and greatly prolong the years of education;the implement of employment priority policies which adhere to the“six stability”and“six guarantees”and strive to improve income.
