摘  要:以文华图专创立为标志,中国图书馆学教育已历经百年发展。杜定友作为中国早期图书馆学教育的代表人物,对图书馆学教育发展作出了重要贡献。文章通过对杜定友生平及其教育实践的梳理,总结出其教育思想具有中国化、实践导向、全才培养、层级化发展和社会化特征,此外其教育思想受时代背景影响,也具有浓厚的党化特征。透过对杜定友图书馆学教育思想的探究,文章就当下图书馆事业发展和图书馆学教育深化提出以下观点:①图书馆学具有强烈的实践导向性;②立足层级化教育发展道路,培养图书馆学全才;③图书馆学教育应面向大众推广;④教育观是图书馆学人及图书馆史研究的有益补充。Marked by the establishment of Boone Library School,library science education in China has experienced a century of development.As a representative of China’s early library science education,Du Dingyou has made important contributions to the development of library science education.Through combing Du Dingyou's life and education practice,it is concluded that his educational thought has the characteristics of sinicization,practice-oriented,all-round talent training,hierarchical development and socialization.In addition,his educational thought is influenced by the background of the time and has strong party characteristics.Through the exploration of Du Dingyou's educational thoughts on library science,this article summarizes four views on the current development of library business and the deepening of library science education.Firstly,library science has a strong practical orientation.Secondly,library science should be based on the development path of hierarchical education and cultivate comprehensive talents in library science.Thirdly,library science education should be promoted to the general public.Fourthly,educational view is a useful supplement to library scholars and library history research.
