摘 要:为做好出口石榴产地环境及产品的安全和风险溯源,以云南蒙自为例,利用液相色谱-串联质谱仪(LC-MS/MS)、气相色谱-串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)测定产地常用的8种杀菌农药在石榴鲜果可食部分和果皮中的残留量,基于相关杀菌农药对该产地病原菌的控制效果,研究杀菌农药残留风险。结果表明,96批次石榴样本中,仅有1批次石榴鲜果可食部分检出苯醚甲环唑残留(残留量为0.023 mg/kg),其果皮同时检出苯醚甲环唑残留和丙环唑残留,残留量分别为0.160mg/kg、0.017 mg/kg。说明该产地石榴鲜果常用杀菌农药残留情况总体乐观,但存在苯醚甲环唑残留风险,以及其与丙环唑残留协同作用的潜在风险。基于丙环唑和苯醚甲环唑对该产地病原菌有较好的控制效果,本文提出研究并推广对产地病原菌科学有效的防控措施,将成为降低杀菌农药残留风险的关键途径。For the purpose of traceability in the environment of origin and the safety and risk of products of export pomegranate,residues of 8 fungicides in the pulp and rind of the pomegranate from Mengzi,Yunnan Province were determined by LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS.The analysis of the inhibitory effect on harmful microorganism was combined to investigate the risk of fungicides residues in export pomegranate.The results showed that difenoconazole was detected in the edible part of one sample of pomegranate fruit in 96 samples,and difenoconazole and propiconazole were detected in its rind at the same time.The results showed that the present situation of fungicides residues in the production area is improved,but there are risks of difenoconazole residues and synergistic effect with propiconazole residues.Due to the fact that difenoconazole and propiconazole have a good inhibitory effect on harmful microorganism,it is advisable that the study and promotion scientific and effective prevention and control measures on harmful microorganisms in the origin will become a key to reducing the risk of fungicides residues.
