摘　　要：职业决策困难是个体在做出职业相关决定时遭遇困难和挑战,直接影响个体的就业质量和未来职业发展方向。为深入了解高职大学生当前的职业决策困难现状,本研究对1244名高职大学生进行了问卷调查。针对调查呈现的问题,笔者提出具有针对性的教育建议,以期为高职院校职业生涯指导教育提供参考。Career decision-making difficulties refer to the difficulties and challenges encountered by individuals in making career-related decisions, which directly affect the employment quality and future career development direction.In order to deeply understand the current situation of vocational college students’ career decision-making difficulties,this study conducted a questionnaire survey among 1244 vocational college students. For the problems presented by the survey, the author puts forward some specific educational suggestions, in order to provide reference for career guidance education in higher vocational colleges.
