摘 要:目的:建立基于拉曼光谱技术的水果残留农药检测方法。方法:以苹果表面的敌百虫残留农药为对象,采用激光显微拉曼光谱分析技术,开展快速无损检测。比较有、无残留农药及不同浓度残留农药的苹果表面拉曼图像特征。结果:表面有敌百虫残留农药的苹果,其拉曼图像特征频率丰富,检出限为4800 mg/kg。结论:对于水果残留农药的检测,拉曼光谱技术是一种有效的技术方法,具有快速、准确、无损的特点,可推广应用。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of pesticide residues in fruits based on Raman spectroscopy.Methods:The trichlorfon pesticide residues on the surface of apple were analyzed by laser micro Raman spectroscopy.The Raman image characteristics of apple surface with and without pesticide residues and different concentrations of pesticide residues were compared.Results:The characteristic frequency of Raman images of apples with trichlorfon pesticide residues on the surface was rich,and the detection limit was 4800 mg/kg.Conclusion:Raman spectroscopy is an effective method for the detection of pesticide residues in fruits.It has the characteristics of fast,accurate and nondestructive,and can be popularized and applied.
