摘　　要：随着经济发展,物质条件的提高,食品安全问题成为人们最关心的问题之一。因此对食品安全的监管是政府中心工作的一大重点。无论从食品经营户的登记还是监管,政府都应制定相对应的公共政策。本文分析了“渐进模型”对广西现有政策的制定并试行小食杂店登记办法的公共政策,从而为广西的食品经营许可登记提出一定的参考建议。With the development of economy and the improvement of material conditions,food safety has become one of the issues that people are most concerned about.Therefore,the supervision of food safety is a major focus of the government's work.Regardless of whether it is from the registration or supervision of food business households,the government should formulate corresponding public policies.This article analyzes the"gradual model"to formulate Guangxi's existing policies and tries to implement public policies for the registration of small grocery stores,so as to provide certain reference suggestions for the registration of food business licenses in Guangxi.
