摘　　要：目的通过双眼竞争范式,探讨特发性全面性癫痫患者的意识交替速率。方法将30例确诊且未接受抗癫痫药的特发性全面性癫痫患者定义为特发性全面性癫痫组,30例年龄、性别及受教育程度相匹配的正常人群定义为健康对照组,采用双眼竞争范式进行双眼竞争交替速率的研究。结果特发性全面性癫痫组患者的双眼竞争交替速率较对照组显著减慢[(0.27±0.06)Hz.vs.(0.44±0.13)Hz],差异具有统计学意义(t=-6.597,P<0.001);双眼竞争交替速率与临床背景资料的Pearson相关性分析表明,特发性全面性癫痫患者的双眼竞争交替速率与贝克自评抑郁量表和汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均无相关性(r=-0.198,P=0.295;r=-0.097,P=0.611)。结论在双眼竞争范式中,特发性全面性癫痫患者的竞争交替速率显著慢于正常对照组。特发性全面性癫痫患者的抑郁及焦虑情绪对双眼竞争交替速率无影响。Objective To investigate the alternate rate of binocular rivalry in patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy.Methods Thirty patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy who had not received antiseizure medicines and 30 healthy controls matched for age,gender and years of education were enrolled in this study.To research the rivalry alternating rate using binocular rivalry paradigm.Results The idiopathic generalized epilepsy group demonstrated a significantly slower rate of binocular rivalry perceptual alternation than healthy control group((0.27±0.06)Hz.vs.(0.44±0.13)Hz,t=-6.597,P<0.001).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between the binocular rivalry alternation rates and BDI score and HAMA score in patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy(r=-0.198,P=0.295;r=-0.097,P=0.611).Conclusion The binocular rivalry alternation rate of idiopathic generalized epilepsy patients was significantly slower than that of the healthy control group.The depression and anxiety mood in patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy had no effect on the alternate rate of binocular rivalry.
