摘 要:目的探讨唐氏综合征(Down syndrome,DS)儿童的汉语辅音清晰度特征。方法以19例7~16岁(平均10.94±2.30岁)的DS儿童和19例语言能力相匹配的3~5岁(平均4.05±0.47岁)的普通(typically developing,TD)儿童为研究对象,采用计算机版《3~5岁学龄前儿童语音能力评估》中单音节词和句子两种评估材料,对两组儿童的辅音字清晰度和句清晰度进行评估。结果①DS儿童21个辅音的字清晰度为81.44%±8.31%,极显著低于TD儿童(91.69%±6.56%)(P<0.01);句清晰度为66.16%±9.4%,极显著低于TD儿童(84.05%±6.6%)(P<0.001);②从发音部位上分析,DS儿童的双唇音、舌尖中音和舌面音清晰度极显著低于TD儿童(P<0.001),DS儿童舌尖前音和舌尖后音清晰度极显著低于TD儿童(P<0.01),唇齿音和舌根音清晰度与TD儿童无显著差异(P>0.05);③从发音方式上分析,DS儿童的塞擦音、擦音和边音清晰度极显著低于TD儿童(P<0.001),鼻音和塞音清晰度显著低于TD儿童(P<0.05)。结论DS儿童的汉语辅音清晰度落后于同等语言能力的正常儿童,主要表现为发音部位及方式的异常。Objective To stady the features of speech intelligibility of consonants of Down Syndrome(DS)children.Methods A total of 19 case aged from 7 to 16 years old(average age was 10.94±2.30 years)DS children and 19 cases aged from 3 to 5 years old(average age was 4.05±0.47 years)typically developing(TD)children with matching language ability were indladid in this study,the intelligibility of consonants of words and sentences in the two groups of children were evaluated by using monosyllabic words and sentences in the computer version of phonological ability assessment for preschool children aged 3~5 years.Results①DS children’s percent of consonants correct of words was 81.44%±8.31%,which was lower than that of the TD children 91.69%±6.56%(P<0.01);and the percent of consonants correct of sentences was 66.16±9.4%,which was significantly lower than that of the TD children 84.05%±6.6%(P<0.001).②From the analysis of the place of phoneme,DS children’s percent of consonants correct of the bilabial,blade-alveolar and lingua-palatal were significantly lower than these of the TD children(P<0.001).③From the analysis of the type of phoneme,DS children’s percent of consonants correct of the plug to wipe,fricative and lateral were significantly lower than those of the TD children(P<0.001).Conclusion DS children’s ability of speech intelligibility of consonants lags behind that of TD children with the same ability of language.
