大学生充分就业及其教育改革的生态学思考

摘　　要：大学生就业市场如同自然界的“生态系统”,各相关要素之间存在着复杂的有机联系。在生态学视域下,大学生的充分就业系统具有整体性、竞争性、开放性、动态平衡性及可持续性等特点。基于此,本文从明确学校学科及专业发展定位、促进人才培养模式根本性变革、突出对大学生的职业规划引导、重视有利于大学生成长的文化生态环境建设,以及优化政府层面的保障措施等几个方面提出高校教育教学改革的路径选择。旨在为科学评估大学生就业市场现状,进一步促进大学生充分就业提供新视角及理论借鉴。The employment market of college students is just like the"ecosystem"in nature.There are complex and organic relations among the relevant elements.From the perspective of ecology,the full employment system of college students has the characteristics of integrity,competitiveness,openness,dynamic balance and sustainability.Based on this,this paper puts forward the path choice of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities from the following aspects:clarifying the orientation of school discipline and professional development,promoting the fundamental change of college Students'talent training mode,highlighting the career planning guidance for college students,paying attention to the construction of cultural and ecological environment conducive to the growth of college students,and introducing government level safeguard measures.The research of college students'employment from the perspective of ecology aims to provide new perspective and theoretical reference for the scientific evaluation of the current situation of college students'employment market and the further promotion of College Students'full employment.
