精益供应链背景下敏捷物流的应用研究——以汽车零部件进口为例

摘　　要：文章基于汽车制造业普遍推行精益管理的背景,以汽车零部件进口为例,研究敏捷物流在其中的应用。文章以一家运用精益管理的中日合资汽车制造厂作为研究对象,通过分析其精益供应链中汽车零部件进口的管理现状,发现该工厂对于物流响应性的要求比较高,因此提出敏捷物流在其进口操作中的应用方案,使精益与敏捷相结合,达到降本增效的目的。Based on the general implementation of lean management in the automobile manufacturing industry,the import of auto parts is taken as an example to study the application of agile logistics.In this paper,a Sino-Japanese joint venture automobile manufacturing plant using lean management is used as the research object.By analyzing the management status of auto parts import in its lean supply chain,it is found that the plant has relatively high requirements for logistics responsiveness.Therefore,agile logistics is proposed in its application program of the import operation which integrates leanness and agility to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
