摘　　要：长非编码RNA在非小细胞肺癌发生发展中发挥重要的调控作用。近年研究显示,长非编码RNA与非小细胞肺癌治疗抵抗密切相关,参与调控非小细胞肺癌化疗耐药、靶向耐药、免疫耐受、放疗抵抗,为肿瘤研究提供了新的方向,有望成为肿瘤治疗新靶标,预测预后的新分子标记。本文结合国内外报道对长非编码RNA在非小细胞肺癌治疗抵抗中研究进展进行综述。Long non-coding RNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of non-small-cell lung cancer.In recent years,studies have shown that long non-coding RNA are closely related to the treatment resistance of NSCLC,and participate in the regulation of chemotherapy resistance,targeted resistance,immune tolerance and radiotherapy resistance of NSCLC,which provides a new direction for the research progress of tumor.Long non-coding RNA is expected to be a new therapeutic target for tumors and a new molecular marker for prognosis prediction.In this paper,we reviewed the latest reports of long non-coding RNA in the treatment resistance of non-small cell lung cancer.
