病案资源的多元化利用与方式创新

摘　　要：目的分析某三级综合医院病案使用情况,探讨完善病案资源利用的合理化、多元化与方式创新。方法对某三级综合医院2018年6月1日-2020年5月31日的10829份病案复印申请表进行整理统计,分析期间病案复印用途和申请人类别情况,应用Excel2017进行数据的处理。结果病案资源的用途广泛,包括医疗及商业保险报销、大病救助及慢性病申请、复诊转诊及个人留存、司法鉴定及医疗纠纷、临床科研活动等,主要集中于医疗及商业保险报销4939人次、大病救助及慢性病申请2936人次,分别占比45.6%和27.1%。复印申请人是患者本人4824人次、患者亲属及代理人4606人次,分别占比44.5%和42.5%。结论病案资源作为医疗活动中诊断和治疗过程的重要依据,具有多方面利用价值,其利用的方式和方向可以通过云技术实现进一步的完善和创新。Objectives Based on the usage of medical records in a tertiary general hospital,this paper discussed the rationalization,diversification and innovation of improving the utilization of medical records resources.Methods The 10829 medical record copy application forms of a tertiary general hospital from June 1st,2018 to May 31st,2020 were collated and statistically analyzed,and the use of medical record copy of visitors and the types of applicants during the period were analyzed.The data were processed by Excel 2017.Results Medical resources had wide range of usage,including medical and commercial insurance reimbursement,relief of a serious illness and chronic diseases,applications,and personal appointment referral retained,judicial identification,clinical research and medical dispute,focused primarily on medical and commercial insurance for 4939 people,the rescue of a serious illness and chronic diseases to apply for 2936 people,accounted for 45.6% and 27.1% respectively.The photocopying applicants were 4824 person-times of patients themselves,and 4606 person-times of patients’relatives and agents,accounting for 44.5% and 42.5%respectively.Conclusions As an important basis for diagnosis and treatment in medical activities,medical record resources had high utilization value in many aspects.The way and direction of its utilization could be further improved and innovated through cloud technology.
