一种复方杀菌剂的中和剂选择及杀菌效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价一种复方杀菌剂的杀菌效果并选择其中和剂。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法,鉴定某复方杀菌剂的中和剂并评价杀菌效果。结果该复方杀菌剂主要含双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1500 mg/L、羟苯甲酯300mg/L和羟苯乙酯200 mg/L。鉴定结果显示,用100 g/L硫代硫酸钠、50 g/L吐温80、10 g/L卵磷脂的DE肉汤组成的中和剂可有效中和该复方杀菌剂的残留作用。该复方杀菌剂原液作用2.5 min,对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>5.0,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.0。结论本研究选出了该复方杀菌剂的有效中和剂,该复方杀菌剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌均具有良好的杀灭效果。Objective To study the neutralizer and the germicidal efficacy of a compound bactericide.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to identify neutralizer and to evaluate bactericidal efficacy.Results The compound bactericide contained dimmethylol imidazolidinyl urea 1500 mg/L,methylparaben 300 mg/L,ethylparaben 200 mg/L.D/E broth contained 10%sodium thiosulfate,5%Tween 80 and 1%lecithin was the effective neutralizer of the bactericide.In suspension,the killing logarithm of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 2.5 min were above 5,and the killing logarithm of Candida albicans for 2.5 min was above 4.0.Conclusion The selected neutralizer can effectively neutralize the bactericidal efficacy,and the bactericide possesses good killing effect on bacteria and fungi.
