摘  要:目的评估中文修订版护理专业学生“霍尔职业精神态度量表”(HPI)的可靠性和有效性。方法在原量表作者的授权下,通过Brislin经典模型(翻译,回译,文化适应和试点研究)翻译原始版本的HPI。通过分层随机整群抽样抽取457名护理学生,以使用探索性因子分析(EFA)评估结构效度。此外,进行项目分析,Cronbach′sα系数,重测信度,以测试这部分的心理测量属性。在另外的时间,通过群体便利抽样选择了324名护理本科生,通过验证性因子分析(CFA)确定结构。结果修订后的中文版护理学生HPI共有6个维度和20个项目。整个量表的克龙巴赫α系数为0.75,分量表的克龙巴赫α系数为0.53~0.65。重测信度得分为0.84(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。由主成分分析获得由EFA识别的六因子结构,并由CFA确认,解释方差为56.02%。结论结果表明,中文版护理专业学生HPI对于护理学生的职业精神态度评价是有效可靠的。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a revised Chinese version of Hall’s Professionalism Inventory(HPI)for nursing students.Methods Under the authorization of the original scale author,the original version of HPI was translated and revised through the Brislin classical model(translation,back translation,cultural adaptation and pilot study).457 nursing students were selected by random cluster sampling for using Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)to evaluate structural validity.In addition,conduct project analysis,Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and retest reliability to test the psychometric properties of this section.At another time,324 nursing students were selected by cluster convenience sampling to determine the structure by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA).Results The revised Chinese version of HPI for nursing students included 6 dimensions and 20 items.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the entire scale was 0.75 and the subscale’s were 0.53~0.65.The score of retest reliability was 0.84(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Six-factor structure identified by EFA was acquired from principal component analysis and confirmed by CFA with 56.02%explained varicance.Conclusion It’s shown that a revised Chinese version of HPI for nursing students was reliable and effective in evaluating the professionalism of nursing students.
