摘　　要：目的探讨对于合并重要分支的颅内动脉瘤栓塞,采用支架尾部覆盖瘤颈技术治疗的适应证。方法分析河北医科大学第二医院神经外科2020年1月至2020年12月采用支架尾部覆盖技术治疗的18例患者,共计18个囊性动脉瘤;5个为破裂动脉瘤,13个为未破裂动脉瘤。每个动脉瘤均采用支架顺行释放(非神龙摆尾式释放),支架尾部覆盖瘤颈。结果成功栓塞18例动脉瘤,手术后即刻造影可见动脉瘤栓塞均匀致密,分支通畅。无出血及血栓形成并发症。结论支架尾部覆盖瘤颈技术适合治疗部分合并分支的动脉瘤,分支保护良好,较神龙摆尾技术释放方式简单,较"X/Y/T型"支架技术节约耗材。Objective To explore the indication of covering the neck with the tail of the stent for the embolization of intracranial aneurysms with important branches.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 18 patients with 18 cystic aneurysms(5 ruptured aneurysms and 13 unruptured aneurysms)treated with stent tail covering technique in the Department of Neurosurgery in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020.Each aneurysm was released anteroally by the stent,and the tail of the stent covered the tumor neck.Result 18 cases aneurysms were successfully embolized.Immediately after surgery,angiography showed uniform and dense aneurysm embolism and unobstructed branches.There were no bleeding and thrombosis complications.Conclusions The stent tail covering aneurysma neck is suitable for the treatment of partial aneurysms with branches,with good branch protection and simple method,and saves materials compared with X/Y/T stent technique.
