摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜解剖性肝切除手术护理配合经验,构建腹腔镜解剖性肝切除手术的标准化护理配合流程。方法基于我科医护一体化小组讨论结果,根据腹腔镜解剖性肝切除术的特殊性制定标准化手术配合流程,并详细介绍其内容。结果腹腔镜解剖性肝切除手术标准化护理配合流程构建后,手术过程更顺畅,手术配合更熟练,手术时间明显缩短,医生满意度提高。结论构建腹腔镜解剖性肝切除标准化手术配合流程,能有效提升手术配合质量及医生满意度,提高手术配合效率,保障患者手术安全。Objective To summarize the experience of nursing cooperation in anatomic laparoscopic hepatectomy,and to establish a standardized nursing cooperation process for anatomic laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods By the method of group discussion between doctors and nurses,a standardized operation coordination procedure was developed and introduced in this article according to the characteristics of laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy.Results The standardized nursing cooperation process of laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy shortened operation time,improved surgical cooperation and the doctors'satisfaction,which has been widely promoted in hospitals at all levels throughout the country.Conclusion The standardized operation coordination procedure of laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy can effectively improve the quality of surgical cooperation and the satisfaction of doctors,speed up the efficiency of surgical cooperation,and ensure the safety of patients.
