COVID-19疫情期间临床一线护士焦虑、抑郁现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间临床一线护士焦虑、抑郁现状及其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法选取武汉市某三甲医院的371名临床一线护士作为调查对象,采用焦虑评价量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)、简易应对方式量表进行调查,采用多因素Logistic回归分析焦虑、抑郁的影响因素。结果:371名一线护士中有27.0%出现焦虑,35.6%出现抑郁。文化程度(OR=0.406,95%CI:0.210~0.783)、人事关系(合同制:OR=1.201,95%CI:0.555~2.601;人事代理:OR=3.528,95%CI:1.393~8.934)、夜班频率(OR=1.450,95%CI:1.038~2.026)、积极应对方式(OR=0.897,95%CI:0.863~0.932)、消极应对方式(OR=1.240,95%CI:1.143~1.345)是武汉一线护士SAS得分的影响因素(P<0.05);积极应对方式(OR=0.818,95%CI:0.782~0.855)、消极应对方式(OR=1.195,95%CI:1.103~1.293)是武汉一线护士SDS得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:武汉市临床一线护士存在一定的焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,应对方式至关重要。Objective:To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of anxiety and depression of front-line nurses during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 371 front-line nurses in a tertiary hospital in Wuhan.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and simplified coping style questionnaire were used for investigation.And multivariable linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors of anxiety and depression.Results:Of the 371 front-line nurses,27.0%experienced anxiety and 35.6%experienced depression.Education level(OR=0.406,95%CI:0.210-0.783),human resource relations[contract system:OR=1.201,95%CI:0.555-2.601),personnel agency:OR=3.528,95%CI:1.393-8.934),night shift frequency(OR=1.450,95%CI:1.038-2.026),positive coping style(OR=0.897,95%CI:0.863-0.932),negative coping style(OR=1.240,95%CI:1.143-1.345)were the influencing factors of the SAS score of front-line nurses(P<0.05).Positive coping style(OR=0.818,95%CI:0.782-0.855),negative coping style(OR=1.195,95%CI:1.103-1.293)were the influencing factors of the SDS score of front-line nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion:Front-line clinical nurses in Wuhan have certain degree of anxiety and depression,and the coping style is crucially.
