摘 要:针对城市污水深隧下穿既有铁路施工风险评价多指标性和不确定性等特点,将未确知测度理论与信息熵相结合,提出了一种基于改进熵权-未确知测度模型的施工风险评价方法。首先,根据城市污水隧道下穿既有铁路施工风险影响因素和分级标准,运用未确知测度理论来构建单指标未确知测度函数;其次,引入信息熵理论来确定评价指标的客观权重,并将其耦合到评价指标的单指标测度评价向量中,构建基于改进熵权-未确知测度模型的城市污水深隧下穿既有铁路施工风险评价的多指标综合评价向量;最后,依据置信度识别准则来对施工风险等级进行评价,并结合工程实例进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,该评价方法评价过程合理、结果可靠,为城市污水深隧下穿既有铁路施工风险评价提供了一条新的研究思路。Owing to the multi-index and uncertainty in the construction risk evaluation of urban wastewater deep-buried tunnels under-passing existing railway,combining the unascertained measurement theory with the entropy method,this paper proposes an improved entropy weight-unascertained measure model for tunnel construction risk assessment.Firstly,according to the influencing factors and classification standards of urban wastewater deep-buried tunnels under-passing existing railway,the unascertained measurement functions of evaluation indices are established by using the unascertained measurement theory.Secondly,the entropy method is used to determine the objective weights of evaluation indices,and coupled to the single index measurement evaluation vector,a multi-index comprehensive evaluation vector based on the entropy weight-unascertained measurement for the construction risk assessment of urban wastewater deep-buried tunnels under-passing existing railway is constructed.Finally,the credible degree recognition criterion is adopted to evaluate the risk level and the comparative analysis is made with an engineering example.The results show that the proposed assessment method is reliably reasonable,which provides a new research idea for the risk assessment of urban wastewater deep-buried tunnels under-passing existing railway.
