摘 要:作为能源转换压力容器,工业炉始终主张安全性、可靠性、环保性、节能性。据此本文通过某工业炉系统改造项目,以PID控制算法为基础设计了工业炉自动化控制与远程监管系统,其不仅可实现工业炉自动化控制,且可靠性较高,各控制回路可自动控制,在确保工业炉正常运行的基础上,有效减少了工人手动操作,使得工作效率与锅炉安全性得以提升;还可实现工业炉远程监管,提升了整体运行管理水平,管理人员可基于系统实时监测工业炉运行状况,还可进行能效分析与绩效统计,有利于远程指导与适度调整。As a pressure vessel for energy conversion,industrial furnaces always advocate safety,reliability,environmental protection and energy saving.System renovation project on the basis of this article,through an industrial furnace,based on the PID control algorithm is designed for industrial furnace automation control and remote supervision system,it not only can realize industrial furnace automation control,and high reliability of the control circuit can automatically control,on the basis of ensure the normal operation of industrial furnaces,effectively reduce the manual operation workers,makes the work efficiency and boiler safety was improved;It can also realize remote supervision of industrial furnaces and improve the overall operation management level.Managers can monitor the running conditions of industrial furnaces in real time based on the system,and can also conduct energy efficiency analysis and performance statistics,which is conducive to remote guidance and appropriate adjustment.
