摘 要:作为著名翻译理论家、双语词典编纂家,张柏然教授在致力于中国翻译学与词典学教学、研究与实践的近五十年里,始终重视人才培养,众多学子现广泛活跃于中国外语教育与翻译界。本文探讨了张柏然教授因材施教、有教无类的教学宗旨,梳理和构建了张柏然教授"学思并举、知行并重、本外共参"的翻译人才培养观,以期为中国翻译学人才培养提供启发与借鉴。Professor Zhang Boran who was renowned in the fields of translation studies and lexicography,has attached great importance to talent cultivation during his nearly 50 years of dedicated teaching,research,and practice.The students cultivated by him are active in foreign language education and translation studies in China.This paper probes into his concept of talent cultivation,namely“equal emphasis on learning and thinking,knowing and doing,and mutual reference to patterns from home and abroad”,along with his tenet of teaching in accordance with students’aptitude with no social distinction,to provide reference for talent cultivation in translation studies in China.
