电离辐照处理油田采出水杀菌降黏作用的研究

摘　　要：采用电离辐照(γ射线辐照)及其与双氧水联用处理3种油田采出水:含聚污水、三元污水和压裂返排液,以实现同时杀菌降黏作用。单独采用γ射线辐照时:当吸收剂量为2.5 kGy时,含聚污水的黏度可降为与纯水相近;3种油田采出水中的铁细菌以及压裂返排液中的硫酸盐还原菌的数目均降为0,含聚污水、三元污水和压裂返排液中腐生细菌的数目分别减小了约5,1,7个数量级,去除率均在99%以上。辐照与双氧水联用时:三元污水和压裂返排液分别在2.5 kGy和10.0 kGy时,黏度可降为与纯水相近;3种油田采出水中的腐生细菌数目在2.5 kGy时均可降为0。电离辐照是一种有前途的油田采出水降黏杀菌处理技术。Three kinds of oilfield produced wastewater,involving polymer-containing wastewater,alkali-surfactantpolymer(ASP)flooding wastewater and fracturing flow-back liquid were treated by ionizing radiation(γ-ray radiation)andγ-ray/H2O_(2) processes for simultaneous sterilization and viscosity reduction.Whenγ-ray irradiation was applied alone with the absorbed dose of 2.5 kGy,the viscosity of the polymer-containing wastewater could be reduced to the level of pure water,the number of iron bacteria in the 3 kinds of wastewater and the number of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)in fracturing flow-back fluid declined to 0,and the saprophytic bacteria in the 3 kinds of wastewater were decreased by 5,1,7 orders of magnitude with the removal efficiency of over 99%.By usingγ-ray/H2O_(2) process,when the absorbed dose was 2.5 kGy for ASP flooding wastewater and 10.0 kGy for fracturing flow-back liquid,the viscosity could be reduced to the level of pure water,and the number of saprophytic bacteria in the 3 kinds of wastewater reduced to 0 with the absorbed dose of 2.5 kGy.
