摘  要:介绍了SHPB设备的基本结构及数据处理方法,指出了当前课内实验教学中存在缺乏理论知识支撑、实验学时较少等问题。开设了基于SHPB设备的开放性创新实验项目,学生通过自主设计实验方案并完成实验报告,能够掌握SHPB设备的基本原理与操作方法,并对金属材料的动态压缩变形行为和组织特征产生直观认识,提升实践能力和科研素质。This paper presented the basic structure,data processing method of the SHPB equipment,then pointed out that the currentin-class experimental teaching was short of the oretical knowledge support and classhours.Therefore,an open innovation experiment based on the SHPB equipment was set up.Students can independently design the experiment plan and complete the report.They were able to learn the basic principle,operation method of the SHPB equipment,and have anintuitive knowledge of dynamic compression deformationbehavior and microstructural characteristics of metal materials.The project also improved the practical ability and scientific research quality of undergraduates.
