摘　　要：实践教学是培养应用型人才的重要教学环节,为了培养满足市场需求的应用型创新人才,上海海洋大学工业工程专业在多方调研的基础上,构建了面向市场的专业实践教学体系。根据实践教学的要求,进行产学研一体化实践基地等实践教学条件的建设,采用企业导师制、案例和问题导向的教学方法,提高了学生分析和解决企业实际问题的能力,取得了较为满意的效果。Practice teaching is an important teaching link in training applied talents,and industrial engineering is a major with strong applicability.In order to cultivate applied innovative talents to meet the market demand,based on the investigation in many aspects,the practical teaching system of industrial engineering is constructed in Shanghai Ocean University.According to the demand of practice teaching,the practice teaching conditions in the integration of production,teaching,research and practice are built,and the enterprise tutorial system,case and problem-based teaching methods are adopted.It improves students'ability to analyze and solve practical problems in enterprises,and satisfactory results have been achieved.
