卢显能成人教育思想的内涵特征与新时代贡献

摘　　要：卢显能作为20世纪初期我国杰出的成人教育学家,其丰富的成人教育思想深受乡村教育思潮的影响以及雷沛鸿成人教育思想的浸润。其思想不仅属于乡村教育思潮,还是对时代浪潮的回应。通过阐述与分析其教育思想理念,卢显能教育思想内核凸显为以爱国为魂的政治美德、以教育为公的崇高精神、以理论创新引导实践变革。在新时代背景下,卢显能成人教育思想的借鉴主要体现在以下三个方面,即彰显爱国主义情怀、突出教育公共性、构建学习型社会。Lu Xianneng,as an outstanding educationist in adult education in China in the early 20th century,was deeply influenced by the thoughts of rural education and Lei Peihong’s adult education theory and practice.His thoughts not only belong to the ideological trend of rural education,but also respond to the tide of the times.Through the elaboration and analysis of his thoughts on adult education,the core of his thought highlights the political virtue characterized by patriotism,the noble spirit of education for the public,and the practice reform guided by theoretical innovation.Under the background of the new era,the enlightenment of Lu Xianneng’s thoughts on adult education is mainly shown in the following three aspects:patriotism,highlighting the public character of education,and speeding up the construction of a learning society.
