摘  要:当前化工原理课程当中针对原油蒸馏方面的授课内容有限,与当前培养要求存在矛盾。原油蒸馏教学过程中引入流程模拟软件的学习,能够丰富教学内容提升教学效果,有利于培养学生的工程实践能力。利用PROⅡ软件来模拟计算不同压力下原油的平衡汽化曲线,证明了流程模拟软件在蒸馏章节教学过程当中的有效性。模拟结果表明减压条件下油品的馏程增加,但是减压到一定程度后,馏程增加不明显。加压使得汽化温度上升,且馏程变窄。所以,在原油加工过程中要选择适宜的操作压力来经济高效的实现分离要求。这些模拟计算结果有助于学生更好的掌握原油蒸馏知识,能够为后续课程打下更坚实的基础。At present, the teaching content of crude oil distillation in the curse of chemical engineering principles is limited, which is in contradiction with the current training requirements. The introduction of process simulation software in the teaching process of crude oil distillation can enrich the teaching content, improve the teaching effect and cultivate students’ engineering practice ability. In this paper, ProⅡ software is used to simulate and calculate the equilibrium vaporization curve of crude oil under different pressures, so as to prove the effectiveness of process simulation software in the teaching process of distillation chapter in the curse of chemical principles. The simulation results show that the distillation range of oil increases under reduced pressure, but the distillation range does not increase significantly after reduced pressure to a certain extent. Pressurization increases the vaporization temperature and narrows the distillation range. Therefore, in the process of crude oil processing, it is necessary to select the appropriate operating pressure to achieve the separation requirements economically and efficiently. These simulation results help students better master the knowledge of crude oil distillation and lay a solid foundation for subsequent courses.
