摘　　要：为了培养德技双馨的高素质复合型技术技能人才,在食品检测类专业的专业基础课程——《有机化学及实验》的教学中,深入挖掘其中所蕴含的“思政元素”,努力把“思政元素”融入专业知识教学中,并积极探索适合的教育教学方法及考核评价方式,将“课程思政”的理念融入了课程教学的各个环节,获得了较好的效果。In order to train high-quality compound technical and skilled talents with both morality and technology.The teachers explore the“Ideological and political elements”contained in Organic Chemistry and Experiment and integrate the“Ideological and political elements”into the knowledge of Organic Chemistry and Experiment.The teachers use suitable teaching methods and evaluation methods integrate“Ideological and political elements”into all links of curriculum teaching,and achieved good results.
