摘  要:为了更好满足产业升级对高质量应用化工技术专业人才的需求,以及在职业教育改革的大背景下更好的提升高职应用化工技术的办学水平,开展基于工作过程的应用化工技术工学结合课程体系构建的实践探究具有重要的意义。构建策略主要分为依据国家相关职业标准和对用人单位需求调研来剖析具体职业任务;由具体职业任务推导岗位技能要求,由岗位技能要求设计教学内容;整合企业与学校资源,建立基于工作过程的教学方法;构建基于工作过程的,以学校、企业与学生自身为评价主体的多元考核评价体系等四个环节。The course development based on working process is a significant concept of the current applied chemical technology vocational course development and design.This can meet the demand of chemical industrial upgrading for high-quality applied chemical technology professionals.It's helpful to improve the educational level of applied chemical technology in high vocational colleges under the background of vocational education reform.Construction strategy is mainly divided into four steps.First,analyse the occupational tasks by national occupational standards and the employer needs research.Second,deduce the post skill requirement from the specific occupation task,and design the teaching content from the post skill requirement.Third,establish teaching methods based on work process.Forth,construct evaluation system by taking schools,enterprises and students themselves as the evaluation subjects.
