摘  要:随着国家经济和工业技术的快速发展,化学工程技术在工业生产及日常生活中的应用也越来越广泛。伴随而来的是高层次化学工程领域人才的缺失,如何培养高质量的化工专业人才成为研究生教育研究的重要课题之一。笔者通过总结在昌吉学院及山东大学研究生学习期间的经历,从优化实验室管理制度,提高导师的学术素养与加强研究生的科研实践训练等方面探讨了如何加强研究生教育和管理。要提高化工专业研究生的培养质量,应尽可能地运用优质的教育学和研究学的理论方法,充分开发研究生的专业个人潜能,从而推进化工领域研究生培养的高质量发展。With the rapid development of national economy and industrial technology,the application of chemical engineering technology in industrial production and daily life has become more and more extensive.Accompanied by the lack of high-level chemical engineering talents,how to train high-quality chemical engineering professionals has become one of the important topics of graduate education and research.By summarizing the experience during graduate study at Changji College and Shandong University,the author discussed how to strengthen graduate education and management from the aspects of optimizing the laboratory management system,improving the academic quality of the tutors,and strengthening the scientific research practice training of graduate students.To improve the training quality of chemical engineering graduate students,it is necessary to use high-quality pedagogy and research theoretical methods as much as possible to fully develop the professional personal potential of graduate students,so as to promote the high-quality development of chemical engineering graduate training.
