士官职业技术教育选修课管理探索与实践——以海军航空大学青岛校区为例

摘　　要：为适应新型军事士官人才需要培养,海军航空大学青岛校区创新构建了以岗位任职为核心、以素质培育为重点、必修选修相结合的士官特色教育课程体系,首次探索实践士官职业技术教育选修课,通过分析选修课建设管理存在问题,研究提出改进措施,为进一步改善和提升士官职业技术教育人才培养质量提供参考和借鉴。Training needs in order to adapt to the new military oficers,Qingdao campus of Naval Aviation University innovation constructed with the position as the core,with an emphasis on quality cultivation,the combination of compulsory courses sergeant characteristic education curriculum system,exploring practice sergeant vocational and technical education elective courses for the first time,by analyzing the elective course construction management problems,to study and put forward improvement measures,in order to further improve and promote the sergeant vocational and technical education talent training quality to provide the reference and reference.
