摘　　要：大标段规模大、分工深化,另外承包商往往忽视职能部门的横向协调,导致大量矛盾冲突发生在组织界面。为了解决这些问题,本文以南京地铁X号线项目为例,通过驻点调研和访谈等方式,从动态和静态的角度对总承包管理部组织界面问题进行识别和分析。Large section scale is great and the division of labor is deepened.On the other hand,contractors often ignore the horizontal coordination of functional departments,resulting in a large number of conflicts occurring in the interface of the organization.In order to solve these problems,this paper,taking Nanjing Metro Line X project as an example,identifies and analyzes the organizational interface problems of the General Contracting Management Department from the dynamic and static perspectives by means of stationary point survey and interview.
