摘　　要：Macao,adjacent to south China’s Guangdong Province,boasts a rich blend of Chinese and Western cultures.The food and beverages found there are mainly Cantonese cuisine and Macao-Portuguese style delicacies.When the original Portuguese food was improved and adapted for Chinese consumers,it evolved into Macao-Portuguese style,combining the food cultures of various countries and regions with the infusion of new ideas.Famous dishes include Majie Fish,curried crab,and roasted pork knuckle.
