摘　　要：目的确定蒲公英根提取物口腔速溶片的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验设计,选择影响蒲公英根口腔速溶片的崩解时间,片剂硬度和片剂中的有效成分的溶出速度作为指标,采用正交设计综合评分法优化直接压片法制备蒲公英根口腔速溶片的处方。结果最佳工艺为20%糊精,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,50%微晶纤维素,硬度为4kg,崩解时间不超过180s,总黄酮溶出度99.6%,咖啡酸溶出度99.7%。结论优化所得处方设计合理稳定,蒲公英根提取物口腔速溶片具有明显的速释特征。Objective To determine the optimum conditions of taraxacum extract oral rapid dissolving tablets.Methods Orthogonal experimental design was used to select the disintegration time of dandelion root rapid dissolving tablets,tablet hardness and the dissolution rate of active ingredients in tablets as indicators.The dandelion root was prepared by direct compression method using orthogonal design and comprehensive scoring method.Oral instant film prescription.Results The best process was 20%dextrin,cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone,50%microcrystalline cellulose,hardness 4 kg,disintegration time no longer than 180 s,total flavonoids dissolving rate 99.6%,and caffeic acid dissolution 99.7%.Conclusion The optimized prescription design is reasonable and stable,and the taraxacum root extract has rapid immediate release characteristics.
