强力碘对克氏原螯虾的急性毒性研究及安全性评价

摘　　要：为弄清楚强力碘对克氏原螯虾的急性毒性,试验分别为6个浓度梯度:800 mg/L、1056 mg/L、1393 mg/L、1838 mg/L、2425 mg/L、3200 mg/L,在常温条件下用强力碘对克氏原螯虾进行急性毒性试验。结果表明:强力碘对克氏原螯虾的24h、48h、72h、96h的LC_(50)分别为1923.1 mg/L、1770.1 mg/L、1721.9mg/L和1721.9 mg/L,安全浓度为449.9 mg/L。In order to examine the acute toxicity of superiodine to Procambarus clarkii,six concentration gradients were set:800 mg/L,1056 mg/L,1393 mg/L,1838 mg/L,2425 mg/L and 3200 mg/L.The acute toxicity test was carried out by superiodine to Procambarus clarkii at room temperature.The results showed that the LC_(50)for24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h were 1923.1 mg/L,1770.1 mg/L,1721.9 mg/L and 1721.9 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration was 449.9 mg/L.
