摘 要:为了体现出中国矿业大学行业特色和培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,本文以海藻酸钠水凝胶的制备与性能评价实验为例,从实验设计、材料准备、现象观察以及结果讨论等方面,针对性提出了面向新时代高等教育学生综合能力培养的实践教学方法。在本实验中,为开发出一种新型可用于井下防灭火的水凝胶材料,探究了海藻酸钠溶质添加量对形成胶体吸水率、保水率及失水率性能的影响。发现海藻酸钠浓度越低,其吸水率越高,但保水率却低于海藻酸钠含量高的胶体,最佳含量为2‰至4‰。本实验内容体现出矿业特色,内涵丰富,操作较为简易。不仅有利于培养学生实验操作以及收集、整理、分析数据的能力,也为矿井防灭火材料开发提供一种可行性思路。In order to embody the industry characteristics of China University of Mining and Technology and cultivate students'ability to solve complex engineering problems,this study will provide an example on the preparation and performance evaluation experiment of alginate hydrogel.In this teaching example,from the aspects of experimental design,material preparation,phenomenological observation and results discussion,we put forward a practical teaching method for the cultivation of comprehensive ability of higher education students in the new era.In the detailed experiment,a new type of hydrogel material is developed for underground fire extinguish,and the influence of sodium alginate(SA)amount is explored on the hydrogel formation and water retention/loss rate.It is found that the lower the SA concentration is,the higher the water absorption is.However,the water retention rate is lower than that of the colloid with high content of sodium alginate,and the optimal SA content is between 2 and 4 thousandths.This experiment meets the requirements of fire prevention and extinguishing materials in coal mines.The content of this experiment reflects the characteristics of mining industry,rich in connotation and easy to operate.It not only helps to cultivate students'ability of experimental operation and data collection,collation and analysis,but also provides a feasible idea for the development of mine fire extinguish materials.
