摘 要:课余训练是通过培养学生的体育爱好、知识和技能来增强学生的运动能力、社交能力、学习能力,培养学生的道德品质和意志信念。运动生物力学在体育教学和体育训练中具有其特有的作用,对于体育教学和体育训练至关重要。教师可应用生物力学知识对不同运动项目进行分析,在教学过程中教师需要熟练掌握运动项目的技能技巧及训练方法,通过有效的指导将运动技能传授给学生。该文通过文献资料法对有关运动生物力学在课余训练中的作用进行探究,归纳分析常用的方法及借助生物力学进行指导的训练效果,得出如下结论:通过生物力学知识的讲解,学生能够更快地理解动作的要领;生物力学知识能激发学生学习的兴趣;学生不仅能学会动作,还能教会他人动作。After school training is through training students'sports hobbies,knowledge and skills to enhance students'sports ability,social ability,learning ability,to develop students'moral quality and will faith.Sports biomechanics plays an important role in sports teaching and training.Teachers can apply biomechanical knowledge to analyze different sports events.In the teaching process,teachers need to master the skills and training methods of sports events,and pass on sports skills to students through effective guidance.This paper explores the role of sports biomechanics in after-school training by means of literature,summarizes and analyzes the common methods and the training effect guided by biomechanics,and draws the following conclusions:through the explanation of biomechanics knowledge,students can understand the essentials of action faster;biomechanics knowledge can stimulate students'interest in learning;students can not only learn to move,but also teach others to move.
