外科手卫生用水微生物污染调查与改进

摘　　要：目的了解医疗机构外科手卫生用水的微生物污染情况,探讨改进措施。方法通过现场采样和细菌培养鉴定的方法,对某三甲医院手术室外科手卫生用水质量进行调查分析。结果初次采样外科手卫生用水的合格率为18.2%(2/11),对水龙头与部分供水管道消毒处理后,样本合格率提高至44.1%(15/34)。将即热式热水器温度调至80℃,更换汽水换热器并提高热水温度,使用高温热水冲刷管道,将热水与冷水混合供水,样本均合格。结论医疗机构外科手卫生用水存在微生物污染,需要定期进行设备维护,并对储水设备及供水管道进行清洗消毒,保证外科手卫生用水质量。Objective To investigate the status of microbial contamination of surgical hand washing water in medical institutions and explore potential measures for improvement.Methods On-site sampling and bacterial inspection were used to investigate and analyze the quality of surgical hand washing water in the operating room of a tertiary hospital.Results The qualified rate of initial sampling of surgical hand washing water was 18.2%(2/11).After disinfection of the taps and parts of supply pipes,the qualified rate increased to 44.1%(15/34).After adjusting the temperature of instant water heater to 80℃,replacing steam-water heat exchanger,and increasing the temperature of hot water,flushing the pipe with hot water,and mixing hot water with cold water,samples were all qualified.Conclusions Microbial contamination is present in the surgical hand washing water in medical institutions.It is essential to regularly maintain equipment,and clean and disinfect the water storage equipment and supply pipeline to ensure the quality of the surgical hand washing water.
