摘　　要：真实世界研究是当今药物研发的热点领域之一。开展真实世界研究既要遵循传统临床研究规范,也要重视其自身特点。结合真实世界研究的特点,基于现有法律法规、行业标准,分析不同数据类型隐私保护注意点,讨论了真实世界研究中受试者数据安全、隐私保护等问题,并分别从政策监管、医疗机构管理、技术保护措施等方面给出了建议,为真实世界研究受试者隐私泄露风险及应对措施提供参考。Real world study is one of the focused topics in drug development area.Real world study should follow the traditional clinical research norms,also be concerned about its own characteristics.Based on current laws,regulations,and industry standards,this paper analyzes protection concerns of different types of data,and explores subject data security and privacy protection in real world study.It offers suggestions on policy regulation,management of medical institutions,technical protection measures,which provides reference for the real world study on the risk of subject privacy disclosure and countermeasures.
