摘　　要：如何在音乐治疗临床应用中维护基本的伦理道德是音乐治疗师和临床研究者必须面对的问题。基于国内外音乐治疗相关伦理立法现状,从方案设计、知情同意、风险告知、隐私保护、音乐治疗师资质、治疗关系把控、新媒体平台等方面提出了国内音乐治疗中存在的伦理问题。同时,从明确治疗目标及规范临床干预方法、落实知情同意和隐私保护、说明风险及获益、审核音乐治疗师资质、自查自纠治疗关系、融合线上和线下治疗方式等方面提出对策建议。How to maintain basic ethics in the clinical application of music therapy is a major challenge for music therapy clinical researchers.Based on the domestic and foreign music therapy-related ethical legislation,this article puts forward the ethical issues existing in the domestic music therapy in terms of plan design,informed consent,risk notification,privacy protection,music therapist qualifications,treatment relationship control,and new media platforms.And proposed countermeasures to address these problems,from clarifying treatment goals and standardizing clinical intervention methods,implementing informed consent and privacy protection,explaining risks and benefits,reviewing the qualifications of music therapists,self-checking and self-correcting treatment relationships,online and offline integration of treatment methods and other aspects.
