摘 要:研究锅炉汽包水位控制系统,传统PID控制方法存在超调量大、调节时间长等问题,在分析汽包锅炉水位控制系统影响因素的前提下,提出基于模糊自适应PID的控制方法。首先以汽包水位和水位的变化率作为输入信号,以控制器参数Kp、Ki、Kd为输出的模糊控制器,通过编写模糊规则,进行模糊推理,在线调整控制器的参数。在MATLAB仿真平台,将传统PID控制,模糊控制、模糊自适应PID控制三种算法对汽包锅炉水位控制系统进行仿真研究,研究结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制可获得超调量小、调节时间短、稳态误差小的控制效果,证明了该算法的有效性。This paper studies the boiler drum water level control system.The traditional PID control method has many problems such as large overshoot and long adjustment time.On the premise of analyzing the influencing factors of the boiler drum water level control system,this paper proposes a control method based on fuzzy adaptive PID.Firstly,take the steam drum water level and the rate of change of the water level as the input signal,and the fuzzy controller with the controller parameters Kp,Ki,Kdas the output.By programming the fuzzy rules,the fuzzy inference is carried out,and the parameters of the controller are adjusted online.In MATLAB simulation platform,the traditional PID control,fuzzy control,and fuzzy adaptive PID control are used to simulate the water level control system of the drum boiler.The research results show that fuzzy adaptive PID control can obtain control effects with small overshoot,short adjustment time,and small steady-state error,which proves the effectiveness of the algorithm.
