摘  要:研究了一种静态均压电路和一种动态无源RC-D缓冲均压电路,其目的是解决IGBT串联运行时,各个元器件集射极电压分配不均的问题。简述了无源RC-D缓冲均压电路的工作原理,不但分析了在IGBT不同开关状态下,均压电路中各均压元器件的作用,并且给出了满足要求的均压元器件参数计算方法,最后在Pspice平台下搭建IGBT串联均压的电路模型进行仿真。通过有、无均压电路仿真结果的对比,在3000V直流电压的作用下,模拟电压失衡后,串联IGBT在导通时的电压分配不均现象得到抑制;在导通或者关断过程结束后,集电极电压达到均衡状态,为IGBT串联后的稳定运行提供了保障条件,从而验证了该方案的可行性。A static voltage equalizing circuit and a dynamic passive RC-D buffer voltage equalizing circuit are studied in this paper.The purpose of this circuit is to solve the problem of uneven distribution of emitter voltage of each component set when IGBT is running in series.The working principle of passive RC-D buffer voltage equalizing circuit is described.The function of voltage equalizing components in voltage equalizing circuit under different switching states of IGBT is analyzed,and the parameter calculation method of voltage equalizing components meeting the requirements is given.Finally,a series voltage equalizing circuit model of IGBT is built on Pspice platform for simulation.Through the comparison of the simulation results with and without voltage equalizing circuit,the uneven voltage distribution of series IGBT during conduction is suppressed after the simulated voltage imbalance under 3000 V DC voltage.At the end of the turn-on or turn-off process,the collector voltage reaches the equilibrium state,which provides a guarantee condition for the stable operation of IGBT in series,thus verifying the feasibility of the scheme.
