摘 要:目的探讨人本主义培训模式在护士培训中的应用效果。方法于2018年7月—2019年12月对36名消化内科护士实施基于人本主义视角、以马斯洛需要层次论为框架的人本主义培训模式,从培训安排、培训内容、培训方法、培训领域、培训方式等方面组织培训,满足护士5个层次的需要,比较培训前后护士的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、护理质量、患者满意度的差异。结果培训后护士的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后病区的护理质量和患者满意度均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用人本主义培训模式对护士进行培训,可显著提高护士的培训成绩,同时有助于提高护理质量,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the effect of humanistic training model on the training of nurses.Methods A humanistic training model based on Maslow′s hierarchy of needs theory was applied to 36 gastroenterology nurses.The training was organized from the aspects of training arrangement,training content,training methods,training fields and training methods to meet the needs of five levels of nurses.The differences of theoretical test scores,operational test scores,nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared before and after the training.Results After the training,the scores of theory examination and operation examination were significantly higher than those before the training(P<0.05).The nursing quality and patient satisfaction were significantly higher after training than before(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic training model can significantly improve the training effect of nurses,and help to improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients.
