摘 要:针对过焊孔对柱梁节点受力性能影响的相关研究较少,通过试验和有限元分析,研究过焊孔对T形柱梁节点各组成部分的力学性能的影响。结果表明:增大节点域的强度,不利于构件的变形性能,但可以提高构件的最大承载力。柱梁节点处过焊孔影响分析模型(analysis model,AM)的梁弯矩荷载分布。在梁柱节点的梁端部位,因过焊孔应力易集中,梁腹板弯矩荷载偏大。在梁端轴向0~80 mm范围内,梁腹板弯矩荷载相对小,其中,梁端轴向接近35 mm处的梁腹板弯矩荷载最小。在梁端轴向0~80 mm范围内,梁翼缘弯矩荷载相对大,这是由于受过焊孔影响引起的梁腹板承载能力递减、过焊孔周围应力易集中及外荷载作用不变等原因导致的;且梁腹板承担的荷载越小,梁端轴向对应处的梁翼缘承担的荷载越大。节点域强度变化与AM模型的梁端腹板承担的剪力荷载呈正相关,节点域强度越小,梁端腹板承担的剪力荷载也越小。In view of few studies on the effect of weld access hole on the mechanical properties of beam-column joints,tests and finite element analysis were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties of each component of the T-shaped steel beam-column joints.The results show that increasing the strength of panel zone is detrimental to the deformation performance of the specimen,but the maximum bearing capacity is improved.The bending moment distribution of the beam is affected by the weld access hole at the beam-column joints in the analysis model(AM).At the beam end of beam-column joints,the bending moment of the beam web tends to increase due to the stress concentration.Meanwhile,within the range of 0~80 mm along the axial direction of the beam end,the bending moment of the beam web is relatively small,especially the minimum bending moment of the beam web is located at near 35 mm along the axial direction of the beam end.Conversely,the bending moment of the beam flange is relatively large within the range of 0~80 mm along the axial direction at the beam end,which is caused by the decreasing bearing capacity of the beam web due to the effect of the weld access hole and the concentration trend of stress around the weld access hole under invariable external loads.And hence the smaller the load on the beam web,the greater the load on the beam flange at the axial of the beam end.The strength of the panel zone is positively correlated with the shear load on the beam web at the beam end of the AM model.As the strength of the panel zone decreases,the shear load on the beam web at the beam end also decreases.
