摘 要:为评估某型飞机新研制防滑刹车系统的实际使用性能,建立了一种飞行试验数据分析方法。首先,建立了“飞行员评述导向+流程化判读+问题归纳+优化建议”的测试数据判读流程,发展了一种实际机轮速度求解方法,研究了该型飞机刹车减速过程航向偏移的机理;其次,通过对比不同飞行架次滑移率与减速率的关系,首次在飞行试验中发现了深打滑引发航向失稳进而导致减速率变化的现象;最后,分析了刹车减速过程深打滑产生的原因并提出了刹车控制律优化建议。结果表明:发展的试验分析方法能够有效评价防滑刹车系统的性能,可为试验设计和防滑刹车控制律优化升级提供技术参考。In order to evaluate the actual performance of a newly developed aircraft anti-skid braking system,a flight test data analysis method was proposed.Firstly,a test data interpretation process of“pilot review orientation+process interpretation+problem induction+optimization suggestion”was established,a method for calculating the actual wheel speed was developed,the course deviation mechanism of the aircraft during braking deceleration was studied.Secondly,the phenomenon of course instability caused by deep skid leading to the change of deceleration rate was found in flight test for the first time by comparing the relationship between the slip rate and the deceleration rate of different flights,and the cause of deep skid during braking deceleration was analyzed and some suggestions for optimization of braking control law were put forward.The results show that the developed experimental analysis method can effectively evaluate the performance of anti-skid braking system,which can provide optimization and upgrading reference for the test design and anti-skid braking control law.
