摘  要:老科技工作者是科技人才的重要组成部分,在人口老龄化快速发展和科技人才供给相对不足的时代背景下,发挥老科技工作者的作用意义重大。基于计划行为理论,从老科技工作者的内在价值视角,阐释老科技工作者的自我价值认同、再工作态度对其创新绩效的影响机制,并采用结构方程模型加以实证检验。利用高校和科研机构领域的一手调查数据,研究发现,老科技工作者的自我价值认同显著正向影响其创新绩效和再工作态度,再工作态度显著正向影响其创新绩效,再工作态度在自我价值认同和创新绩效间具有部分中介作用。Senior scientists and technologists are an important part of scientific and technological talents. Under the background of aging population and the insufficient supply of scientific and technological talents, it has great significance to bring the superiority of senior scientists and technologists into play. From the perspective of the intrinsic value of the senior scientists and technologists, this paper applies the Theory of Planned Behavior to explain the influencing mechanism of the self-value identification and re-work attitude of senior scientists and technologists on their innovation performance, and SEM is used to conduct the empirical test. Using the first-hand survey data of universities and scientific research institutions, the study found that the self-value identification of the senior scientists and technologists has positive effect on their innovation performance and their re-work attitude, the re-work attitude has positive effect on their innovation performance, re-work attitude has partial mediating effect between self-value identification and innovation performance.
