企业社会责任的三螺旋理论——基于整体观的儒家社会责任思想

摘　　要：企业社会责任是企业价值组成部分。具有整体性特征的儒家社会责任思想对当代企业社会责任建设具有较大的启示。基于“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”的递进、整体性主体责任观,构建了现代企业具有“自身建设责任”“经济发展责任”以及“社会进步责任”的递进、整体社会责任伦理观,三者之间相互作用,相互影响,共同促进,以螺旋上升方式促进社会发展和进步,进而对现代企业社会责任建设提出相关建议。Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of corporate value.The Confucian social responsibility thoughts with holistic characteristics has great enlightenment to the construction of contemporary corporate social responsibility.Based on the progressive and holistic subjective responsibility concept of“self-moral cultivation,family regulation,country governance and world peace-and-order preservation”,this paper constructs the progressive and holistic social responsibility ethics of modern enterprises with“self-construction responsibility”,“economic development responsibility”and“social progress responsibility”.The three interact,influence and promote together to promote social development and progress in a spiral way.This paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the construction of modern corporate social responsibilities.
